C.A. Johnson waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 56-52 W against the Lee Central Stallions. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 52-46 back in December of 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Lee Central lost, don't look at Omari Rampasard. Despite the final result, he posted ten points along with seven rebounds and three steals. Rampasard is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jaquarius Davis, who went 5-for-7 on his way to 10 points and five assists.

C.A. Johnson's win bumped their record up to 15-10. As for Lee Central, they now have a losing record of 12-13.

Looking ahead, C.A. Johnson will head out to challenge Midlands STEM Charter at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in C.A. Johnson's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups. As for Lee Central, they will be playing at home against Lamar at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
