Beulah faced Hazen in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Miners never let the Bison get on the board and left with a 19-0 win. The victory was familiar territory for the Miners, who have now won six matchups in a row.

Addie Dale-Geiger made a splash while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in nine consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with four runs, two doubles, and two RBI. Those four runs gave her a new career-high.

In other batting news, Elli Weidner was incredible, getting on base in all five of her plate appearances with four runs, five RBI, and three doubles. Those four runs gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Clara Hager, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.

Beulah always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .558. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Hazen only posted an OBP of .167.

Beulah pushed their record up to 8-3 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Hazen, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Looking ahead, Beulah will head out to challenge Harvey at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hazen will be paying especially close attention to the Miners' game: after the Miners face off against Jamestown, they'll take on Hazen again at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
