If First Baptist Academy wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Lakeway Christian Academy, they should've done a better job of containing Kami Wilson. The Lakeway Christian Academy Lions enjoyed a cozy 56-39 victory over the First Baptist Academy Eagles on Friday thanks in part to Wilson, who almost dropped a double-double on 34 points and nine rebounds. The game was her 15th in a row with at least ten points.

Danielle Sawyer was another key player, putting up 13 points and three steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last six games she's played.

Lakeway Christian Academy moved to 5-7 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for First Baptist Academy, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

When Lakeway Christian Academy and First Baptist Academy next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Lakeway Christian Academy will try to stop Harriman's four-game winning streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Similarly, First Baptist Academy will try to stop Christian Academy of Knoxville's three-game winning streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
