Polytechnic had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They blew past the Gabrielino Eagles 59-39. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 20 points or more this season.

Polytechnic's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Gabrielino, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.

Coincidentally, Polytechnic and Gabrielino will both be playing Mark Keppel the next time they take the court. The Panthers will host the Aztecs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Eagles will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
