Harrison County will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Montgomery County at 7:30 PM. The MaxPreps rankings say the odds are against Harrison County, but that can only make success all the sweeter.
Harrison County came within a touchdown against George Rogers Clark last Friday, but wound up with a 19-27 loss.
Meanwhile, it's always hard to lose, and it's even harder to lose by a single point. Just ask Montgomery County, the unfortunate recipient of a 26-27 loss at the hands of East Jessamine last week. Things were expected to be close, but in this case the rankings mixed up the winning team.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better score. Montgomery County's offensive line will need to gear up for a tough test against a Harrison County defensive front that amassed 3 sacks against George Rogers Clark, so we'll see if they are up to the task.
