Church Point came into Monday's game having lost nine straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past the Acadiana Rams, posting a 45-17 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Bears have posted since November 26th.

Church Point's victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-10. As for Acadiana, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Church Point will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Lafayette Renaissance Charter Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Acadiana also won't see the court for a while: their next contest is against Opelousas at 6:30 p.m. on January 8, 2025.
