Football Recap: Dalhart Skates Past Kermit with Ease + How To Watch

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Dalhart had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Kermit Yellow Jackets 67-7. The Wolves' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Hunter Trusler had another great game (as he tends to do), throwing for 123 yards and three TDs, while also punching in one touchdown on the ground. Andrew Ramos was in the mix as well, providing Dalhart with one score.

Dalhart was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 265 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 184 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.

Dalhart didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Jacob Olvera and Adrian Van Den Heever. Dalhart received some extra help from Ramos, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.

Dalhart's win bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Kermit, their loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-8.

As of now, neither Dalhart nor the Yellow Jackets have any future games scheduled.
