The Living Water Christian Warriors will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Wilson Christian Academy Chargers at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Living Water Christian has six straight victories, Wilson Christian Academy has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
In what's become a running theme this season, Living Water Christian gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 73-33 win over Greenville Christian Academy at home. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 42-11.
Bo Koebbe was his usual excellent self, scoring 15 points along with six rebounds and six steals. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last five games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Savion Peppers, who scored 11 points.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 62-26, which was the final score in Wilson Christian Academy's tilt against Hilltop Christian on Thursday. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Wilson Christian Academy in their matchups with Hilltop Christian: they've now lost four in a row.
Living Water Christian pushed their record up to 14-9 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Wilson Christian Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 15 of their last 17 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-20 record this season.
Everything came up roses for Living Water Christian against Wilson Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in January of 2023 as the squad secured a 87-43 win.
