The Master's Academy Lions will venture away from home to  take on the Mountain View Christian Academy Mustangs  at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday.
Last Friday, The Master's Academy got the win against Mountain View Christian Academy  by a conclusive  17-2. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Lions.

 Mason Hunter was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  tossed one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. What's more,  he posted two  strikeouts, the most he's  had since back in March of 2024. He was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Conrad Schmidt, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with four  RBI, one  stolen base,  and one  run.  Sawyer Waugh was another key player,  scoring three  runs while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances.
 The Master's Academy  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .556. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Mountain View Christian Academy only posted  an  OBP of  .409.
 The Master's Academy's victory was  their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 2-0. As for Mountain View Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
 Everything went The Master's Academy's way against Mountain View Christian Academy in their previous meeting  on Friday, as The Master's Academy made off with  a  17-2 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for The Master's Academy since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
