Meanwhile, Whitefield Academy was just a bucket shy of victory last Tuesday and fell 45-44 to Shawnee Mission Christian. Whitefield Academy has struggled against Shawnee Mission Christian recently, as their matchup last Tuesday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Shawnee Mission Christian has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season. As for Whitefield Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
