Wesleyan Christian Academy is a perfect 4-0 against Westchester Country Day since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Trojans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m.
On Saturday, Wesleyan Christian Academy didn't have quite enough to beat T.C. Roberson and fell 5-3. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wesleyan Christian Academy got a good showing from Sam Cozart, who struck out six batters over four innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits (and only one walk). Cozart also tossed a walk, which is notable because the Trojans are 4-2 when he allows at most two walks, but 5-9 otherwise.
At the plate, Wesleyan Christian Academy saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cole Bowman, who went 3-for-4 with one RBI. The Trojans are 2-1 when Bowman posts three or more hits, but 7-10 otherwise.
Meanwhile, after only two runs in their last match, Westchester Country Day made sure to put some runs up on the board against Gaston Day on Wednesday. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 14-3 margin over the Spartans. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Spartans recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.
Crawford Elrod was incredible, going 3-for-4 with five RBI, three runs, and one triple. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Ryan Engle, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.
Westchester Country Day kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That's a new trend for them: they were averaging 4.1 hits per game earlier this season, but in their last 15 games they've averaged 11.
Westchester Country Day's win bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Wesleyan Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11.
Everything went Wesleyan Christian Academy's way against Westchester Country Day in their previous matchup back in March, as Wesleyan Christian Academy made off with a 10-0 victory.
