Dixon waltzed into their matchup on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Rock Falls Rockets 57-27. The Dukes & Duchesses have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 23 points or more this season.

Several Rockets players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Miley Bickett, who posted seven points. Another player making a difference was Julia Renner, who earned four points and seven boards.

Dixon pushed their record up to 23-4 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.7 points over those games. As for Rock Falls, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-23.

Dixon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 48-38 victory against Yorkville Christian on the 3rd. As for Rock Falls, they have also already played their next matchup, a 59-39 defeat against Eastland on the 4th.
