The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight  matchups by 21  points or more this season.
 Despite the  loss, Washburn saw an underclassman step up: sophomore  Dillon Mullins  went 9 for 20  to rack up 21  points. The  contest was  Mullins' fifth in a row with at least 21 points.  Matthew Harville was another key player,  putting up ten points and six  boards.
The  victory made it two in a row for Cumberland Gap and  bumps their season record up to 12-13. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 71.5 points over those games. Meanwhile,  Washburn (ranked 401st) will meet University School (ranked 172nd)  at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
