Luciano Allen and Josh Harris certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Allen scored 13 points along with two steals, while Harris scored ten points along with eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaac Cintean, who scored eight points along with two steals.
John Adams Academy was without their leading scorer, Isaiah McKee, in Tuesday's game. With McKee sidelined, John Adams Academy had to make some big changes to the lineup. Three players got more time on the court than they're used to: Cintean (16), Connor McCoy (15), and Harris (32). The trio had averaged 5.61, 6.43, and 16.05 minutes respectively before Tuesday's match. The new lineup might be seeing more playing time going forward considering the group combined for a total of 27 points and five assist.
It was another big night for Cobee Wesley, who scored 31 points for Leroy Greene Academy. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Wesley has scored all season. Andres Martinez was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
John Adams Academy has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-14 record this season. As for Leroy Greene Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-12 record this season.

Westlake Charter is on a three-game streak of home losses, John Adams Academy a five-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. As for Leroy Greene Academy, they will head out on the road to square off against Elite at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Elite is coming into the game with seven straight defeats at home, meaning Leroy Greene Academy will have to defend against a team hungry for a win.
