Texas dominated the top passing performances in the nation this week with six quarterbacks landing in the top 20, including two at the top of the list.
Thor Long of Sherman threw for 562 yards to top the list of best passing yardage performances reported to MaxPreps from last week's games. Armando AJ Garza of La Villa was right behind with 528 yards.
The top game might have been the battle between Tivy and Steele. Tivy quarterback Johnny Manziel threw for 423 yards while Steele running back Malcolm Brown ran for 357.
