Cavalier scored the most points they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 79-63 bruising from the St. John Woodchucks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Woodchucks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 63-41 back in January.

Leading St. John to victory were Madden Parisien and Simon LaRocque. Parisien shot 81% from the field on his way to 30 points, while LaRocque almost dropped a triple-double with 17 points, 13 boards, and nine blocks. Those 81% shooting accuracy gave Parisien a new career-high. Tayden Longie was another key player, putting up ten points and six rebounds.

Cavalier's defeat dropped their record down to 2-20. As for St. John, their record now sits at 8-13.
