The Thomas Jefferson School Titan won the last time they faced the Victory Christian Academy Chargers, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Thomas Jefferson School narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Chargers 39-37. The win made it back-to-back wins for Thomas Jefferson School.
Thomas Jefferson School found their leader in underclassman Chase Albano, who scored 18 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Albano has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ben Cashen, who scored four points along with 11 rebounds and two steals.
Thomas Jefferson School's victory bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Victory Christian Academy, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-9.
Thomas Jefferson School has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on February 2nd. Victory Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
