Basketball Recap: Landry Wins Going Away Against Booker T. Washington

Booker T. Washington typically has all the answers at home, but on Friday Landry proved too difficult a challenge. They took down the Booker T. Washington Lions 74-57. The Buccaneers have beaten the Lions the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Lions has come to flipping the script.

Landry's win bumped their record up to 21-13. As for Booker T. Washington, their loss dropped their record down to 17-21.

Landry wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 67-52 defeat against Archbishop Shaw on the 17th. As for Booker T. Washington, they will square off against Eleanor McMain at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Booker T. Washington knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Eleanor McMain likes a good challenge.
