Ruidoso can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They strolled past Hatch Valley with points to spare, taking the game 64-50.
Ruidoso's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Logan Sandoval, who dropped a triple-double on 15 points, 11 rebounds, and 11 assists, and Patrick Kimbrell, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 14 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Kimbrell has scored all season. Peyton Herrera was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Mescalero Apache has been struggling recently, as they've lost seven of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season. As for Ruidoso, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
