Volleyball Recap: Plano East Snags Eighth Win in Last Ten Games

Plano East won the last time they faced McKinney Boyd and Dakota Huynh did her part to make sure it happened again. The Panthers blew past the Broncos 3-0 on Friday thanks in part to Huynh, who had 24 digs and two aces. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last four times she's played.

Plano East walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-11, 25-18, 25-17.

Plano East is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-10 record this season. As for McKinney Boyd, their loss dropped their record down to 11-15.

Coincidentally, Plano East and McKinney Boyd will both be playing Rock Hill the next time they take the court. The Broncos will head out to face the Blue Hawks at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Panthers will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
