Dade Christian posted their biggest win since November 29, 2023 on Monday. They blew past Archbishop Carroll 71-44 at home. With Dade Christian ahead 42-18 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
It was another big night for Kevin Rojo, who scored 17 points along with nine assists and two steals. He hasn't dropped below two steals for five straight games. Another player making a difference was Kenvenson Malivert, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 13 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Florida Christian pushed their score all the way to 63 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell to TERRA Environmental 69-63. It was the first time this season that Florida Christian let down their fans at home.
Dade Christian now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Florida Christian, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-5 record this season.
Dade Christian didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Florida Christian when the teams last played back in January of 2023, but they still walked away with a 63-58 win.
