The Albany Falcons will challenge the Taconic Hills Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The timing isn't great for Albany: they have been struggling with four straight losses at home, while Taconic Hills has snatched up four consecutive wins on the road.
Having struggled with five defeats in a row, Albany turned things around against Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 8-4.

The team relied heavily on Gavin Cramer, who went 2-for-5 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one double. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Seamas LeBuis, who went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.
Meanwhile, Taconic Hills made easy work of Catskill on Wednesday and carried off a 14-5 win. The Titans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matchups by seven runs or more this season.
Taconic Hills let Francis Conners-Schmid and Charlie Schrader run wild. Conners-Schmid went 2-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI, while Schrader went 4-for-5 with four RBI, one run, and one double. Gavin Hartka was another key player, getting on base in three of his five plate appearances with three RBI and two runs.
Taconic Hills kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their hit total in three consecutive games.
Taconic Hills is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.5 runs over those games. As for Albany, their win bumped their record up to 5-7.
