The Robbinsville Ravens's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight loss. They lost to Hillsborough on the road by a decisive 60-43 margin.
Hillsborough had a senior duo take command as Jayden Green scored 23 points along with nine rebounds and Zion Harrison scored 15 points along with seven rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Green has scored at least 25% of Hillsborough's points. Nicholas Losch was another key contributor, scoring five points along with six assists.
Robbinsville's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Hillsborough, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Robbinsville will take on Nottingham at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Nottingham knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past seven contests -- so hopefully Robbinsville likes a good challenge. As for Hillsborough, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Rutgers Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rutgers Prep has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 501 points over their last seven matches.
