Despite the loss, Unaka still got an impressive performance from Lauren Lund, who scored 13 points. Haley Taylor was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Unaka's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 2-7. As for Hampton, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.
