Shore - Central B recap December 3, 2013
Shore Regional extended the longest winning streak in Shore - Central B this week by beating Point Pleasant Beach, 31-0. This was the team's 10th consecutive win.
Shore Regional took down the Garnet Gulls 31-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Matt Muh threw for 35 yards and 2 touchdowns during the win.
6-foot-2 quarterback Robert Barksdale of Asbury Park is the league leader in passing yards this season with 896. He has also thrown 9 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Eddie Lewis. The Mater Dei star has 11 catches for 332 yards.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Shore Regional takes on second place Point Pleasant Beach.
