Freeport won against Knoch last Wednesday with 13 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. Everything went the Yellowjackets' way against the Burrell Bucs as they made off with a 13-5 victory. The Yellowjackets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by six runs or more this season.

The win was the third in a row for Freeport, bringing their record up to 7-5. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Burrell, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-5 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Burrell beat Freeport by a score of 5-4 on Wednesday.
