As if that's not impressive enough, the matchup was also his third in a row with two or more steals. For the year, he has averaged 11.6 points, 3.7 steals, and 6.4 assists.

McCarthy and Mattanawcook will square off against Calais at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Lynx got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Blue Devils, probably because McCarthy had a solid game then too: he almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine assists.
