Charleston has enjoyed the comforts of home their last three games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will  face off against the Portageville Bulldogs at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both teams come into the  contest bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Even though Ballard Memorial scored an imposing 68 points on Monday, Charleston still came out on top. Charleston took their   game against Ballard Memorial   77-68.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Charleston to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Ko'terrion Owens, who  scored 18 points along with six  assists and three  steals. Another player making a difference was  Owen Willis, who  dropped  a double-double on 16 points and 11  rebounds.
 Meanwhile,  everything went Portageville's way against Kelly on Tuesday as Portageville made off with a  73-50 win.
 Charleston's victory bumped their record up to 11-12. As for Portageville, their win was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 15-6.
 Everything came up roses for Charleston against Portageville in their previous meeting  back in February of 2023 as the  team secured a  92-52 win. With Charleston ahead  52-19 at the half, the  match was all but over already.
