The Morton Ranch Mavericks's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their third straight loss. They took a 53-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of Jordan. Morton Ranch has not had much luck with Jordan recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Jordan's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jude Oluokun, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Oluokun has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Jacob Oluokun, who scored eight points along with ten rebounds.

Morton Ranch will be playing in front of their home fans against Paetow at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Paetow presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Morton Ranch in Texas (Paetow is ranked 88th, while Morton Ranch is ranked 727th). As for Jordan, they will head out on the road to face off against Mayde Creek at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Mayde Creek knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past three games -- so hopefully Jordan likes a good challenge.
