The Victory Baptist Academy Patriots can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. They blew past Waxahachie Prep 62-36. The win made it back-to-back wins for Victory Baptist Academy.
Victory Baptist Academy was led to victory by Isaac Johnson and Hudson Ruhl. Johnson dropped a double-double on 11 points and 20 rebounds, while Ruhl scored 25 points along with five rebounds and five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Ruhl has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Brock Hestand, who scored eight points along with four steals and two blocks.
Victory Baptist Academy has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season. As for Waxahachie Prep, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.
Victory Baptist Academy will head out on the road to face off against the Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Waxahachie Prep, they will play host again and welcome the Crusaders, where tip off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Cornerstone Christian Academy is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.
