Lockport is 10-0 against Niagara Falls since December of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Lockport Lions will head out on the road to face off against the Niagara Falls Wolverines at 6:30 p.m. Given that the pair suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.
Last Tuesday, Lockport lost to Wilson on the road by a decisive 54-40 margin.
Meanwhile, Niagara Falls pushed their score all the way to 67 last Wednesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell just short of Orchard Park by a score of 70-67. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Niagara Falls in their matchups with Orchard Park: they've now lost five in a row.
Lockport's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 2-1. As for Niagara Falls, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-1.
Everything went Lockport's way against Niagara Falls in their previous matchup back in February as Lockport made off with a 68-47 victory.
