Watertown-Mayer lost against Southwest Christian back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Watertown-Mayer Royals took a 69-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Southwest Christian Stars. The Royals' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Watertown-Mayer's loss dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Southwest Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 4-6.
