On Friday, the King Brahmas took their  contest at home  with ease, bagging  a  49-7 win over the Highlands Owls. With the Brahmas ahead  42-0 at the half, the  match was all but over already.
  DYLON EVERETT had a dynamite game for King, throwing for 189 yards and five touchdowns, while also rushing for 43 yards.  Julio Pineda-Garcia also helped out with an impressive 80  receiving yards.

 Despite the loss, Highlands still got an impressive performance from   Jeremiah Mckane, who picked up 93 receiving yards and a touchdown. The bulk of thosereceiving yards came from one huge play: a catch that gained an incredible 53 yards.
 King's victory  ended  a  four-game drought at home  dating back to last season and  bumped them up to 2-0. As for Highlands,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 0-2.
 King is taking a road trip to  face off against Ray  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Highlands, they will square off against La Vernia at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Hopefully Highlands focused on turnovers this week  as team gave up four on Friday.
