Football Recap: Mountain View Starts Season with Win Against Rich

Mountain View had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Rich Rebels 54-14. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Buffalos also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Having lost for the first time this season, Rich fell to 3-1.

Coming up, Mountain View will face off against Lovell at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. The match will give the Buffalos their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Rich, they will head out to challenge North Sevier at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rebels will be up against the Wolves' rather soft defense (which has allowed 29.75 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
