Brownstown Central won the last time they faced Trinity Lutheran and things went their way on Saturday too. The Braves came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Braves.

Brownstown Central easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-16.

Brownstown Central's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Finley Wheeler, who had six digs and one block. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophie Wischmeier, who had ten kills and five digs.

Brownstown Central's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Trinity Lutheran, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5.
