The Carlson Marauders lost against the Plymouth Wildcats back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Carlson had to suffer through a rough 52-21 loss at the hands of Plymouth. Carlson has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the loss, Carlson still got an impressive performance from Abigail Carafelli, who scored 6 points. Carafelli scored a full 28.6% of Carlson's points, the second time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Carlson's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Plymouth, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Carlson will be playing in front of their home fans against Grosse Ile at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Plymouth, they will head out on the road to face off against Berkley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
