Ah'lijah Monday and Co. Win Ninth in a Row
Mississinewa picked up their ninth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Ah'Lijah Monday. Monday did his part (and then some), rushing for 149 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.3 yards per carry for the 'W'. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
If history really does repeat itself, Monday might just drop another big game when he faces off against Oak Hill on Friday. Monday rushed for 106 yards and five touchdowns, and also picked up 61 receiving yards the last time he and the Golden Eagles duked it out back in September.
