Attleboro hasn't had much luck against Taunton recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Bombardiers will be playing at home against the Tigers at 3:45 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Attleboro comes in on six and Taunton on three.
Attleboro lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Stoughton, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Wednesday's matchup. The Bombardiers' pitcher stepped up to hand the Black Knights a 12-0 shutout on Wednesday. The Bombardiers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by eight runs or more this season.
Ryan Landry looked comfortable as he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.

Attleboro always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .594. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Taunton posted their closest victory since April 4th on Thursday. They skirted past Oliver Ames 2-1.
Alex Hebert Jr spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on one hit.
On the hitting side, Taunton's win was truly a team effort as seven different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Jace Galante, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI. Another was Joseph Benoit, who went 2-for-3 with one double.
Attleboro pushed their record up to 11-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Taunton, their victory bumped their record up to 13-3.
