Leading Slidell to victory were Jaden Hookfin and Mike Parlow. Hookfin scored 19 points along with nine rebounds, while Parlow scored 24 points. That makes it six consecutive games in which Parlow has scored at least 25% of Slidell's points. Another player making a difference was Grant Bonnaffons , who scored nine points.
Slidell's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-7. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.2 points per game. As for Pearl River, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
