The Gladwin Flying G will head out on the road to challenge the Glenn Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Gladwin will be strutting in after a victory while Glenn will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Friday, Gladwin earned a 43-33 victory over Farwell. That's two games straight that Gladwin has won by exactly ten points.
Meanwhile, Glenn had to suffer through a rough 64-12 loss at the hands of Frankenmuth. Glenn was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-8.
Gladwin is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Glenn, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-8.
Gladwin came out on top in a nail-biter against Glenn in their previous meeting back in January of 2023, sneaking past 39-36. The rematch might be a little tougher for Gladwin since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
