Emerson-Hubbard started the match off right with 41 first-half points. Cedar Bluffs put up 14, so the score was 41-14 at the half. Emerson-Hubbard were outperformed in the second half 32-44 but had enough in reserve to walk away with the win. The win got them back to even at 2-2. The loss dropped Cedar Bluffs' record to 1-3.
Emerson-Hubbard will stay at home next week against Mead at 7:00 PM. Emerson-Hubbard will be strutting in after a win while Mead will be stumbling in from a defeat. As for Cedar Bluffs, they will face off against Pender. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
