The Happy Camp Indians will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against the Chester Volcanoes at 7:00 p.m. on February 15th. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Last Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Happy Camp beat Big Valley 55-49.
Meanwhile, Chester entered their tilt with Burney with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. Chester really took it to Burney for the full four quarters, racking up a 68-25 victory on the road. Chester has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 25 points or more this season.
Happy Camp is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-2 record this season. As for Chester, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-5.
Happy Camp might still be hurting after the 41-20 loss they got from Chester in their previous matchup back in December of 2019. Can Happy Camp avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
