Basketball Recap: Kaydee Beachboard Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Suffolk Christian Academy

There's no place like home for Bethel Assembly Christian Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They secured a 49-45 W over the Suffolk Christian Academy Knights on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Knights back in November of 2024, they had to take a 52-45 loss.

Bethel Assembly Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kaydee Beachboard led the charge by putting up 22 points. The dominant performance gave Beachboard a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Olivia Bazemore, who posted 18 points.

Bethel Assembly Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Suffolk Christian Academy, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 8-4.
