Gardiner had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. Everything went their way against Morse on Friday as they made off with a 34-7 win. That result is just more of the same for Gardiner, who also won the last time these teams played. The game leaves both teams with the exact same record at 0-0.
Both teams will be heading out of the conference in their next games. Gardiner will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Winslow at 7:00 PM. Morse are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Hermon next week at 7:00 PM.
