The Lions sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  2-1  win over the Titans  on Friday. That's two games straight that Fairfax have won by  just one  goal.
 Meanwhile, West Potomac didn't have quite enough to beat Woodson on Friday and fell  4-3. West Potomac haven't had much luck with Woodson recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.
 Fairfax's victory bumped their record up to 3-9. As for West Potomac, their loss dropped their record down to 8-3-1.
