The Coronado Islanders will head out on the road to face off against the Bonita Vista Barons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Coronado is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.
Last Friday, things could have been worse for Coronado, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 30-14 loss to Patrick Henry.
Although Coronado took the loss, they still got scores from Graham Bower and Jack Delcore.
Meanwhile, Bonita Vista came up short against Eastlake on Friday and fell 30-17.
Bonita Vista's loss came about despite a quality game from Caden Ada-tannehill, who rushed for 76 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 65 yards and a touchdown.
The losses dropped Coronado to 3-7 and Bonita Vista to 6-4.
