There's no place like home for the Lamar Warriors, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Wednesday. They walked away with a 62-53 victory over Maumelle Charter on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Lamar also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Lamar is on a roll lately: they've won 17 of their last 20 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record this season. As for Maumelle Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-12.
Lamar will head out on the road to square off against the Mustangs at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Central Arkansas Christian will be looking to extend their current 16-game winning streak. As for Maumelle Charter, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Eagles at 7:30 p.m. Baptist Prep has now lost eight straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 19.
