Baseball Recap: Ganado Has No Trouble Against Louise

Ganado won the last time they faced Louise and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Indians blew past the Hornets 19-0. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won six matches by nine runs or more so far this season.

Ganado got a massive performance out of Cain Hayden, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. Hayden continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Michael Tristan also deserves some recognition as he scored his first runs of the season.

Ganado always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .806. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive games.

Ganado's record now sits at 6-8-1. As for Louise, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-8.

Looking ahead, Ganado will face off against Schulenburg at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Louise does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
