The Ossining Pride have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 27 points or more this season. They breezed by Port Chester on the road to the tune of 72-32. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Ossining has managed all season.
Claire Schnecker continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 26 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. She set a new season high mark in blocks with two. The team also got some help courtesy of Zoey Jowers, who scored 14 points along with six steals.
The win got Ossining back to even at 4-4. As for Port Chester, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Fox Lane the next time they take the court. Port Chester will host Fox Lane at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while Ossining will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
