Teton had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it seven on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 17-6 margin over the South Fremont Cougars. Considering the Timberwolves have won 11 matches by more than nine runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Jimmi Williamson made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up four earned (and two unearned) runs off eight hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts she has posted since April 4th. She was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs and two RBI.

In other batting news, Kapri Eiden was a standout: she got on base in all four of her plate appearances with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI she has posted since April 5th. Another player making a difference was Kara Webster, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with four runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Teton's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-7. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.2 runs over those games. As for South Fremont, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-12.

As of now, neither Teton nor the Cougars have any future games scheduled.
